Jonathan has been in the executive search and staffing business for 12 years and has been instrumental in 3 start-up companies. He brings a high level of passion, energy and integrity to each project. His talents include Brand management, Video Production, Consulting, and Training. He has been a key board member of the North Carolina Association of Staffing Professionals since 2002 and just completed 2 years as President. He has been a speaker at various recruiting conferences: NCASP, GAPS and TAPC. In 2009, he Co-Founded Mez Media and would focus on driving email marketing, website development and HD Video Production for its clients.
Jim Shaki | President
Jim has been in website design, development, and graphic design since 1995. In 2009, he co-founded Mez Media and would lead the creative team and focuse on developing engaging marketing campaigns for our online brands and our clients marketing initiatives. He also created the fastest growing Social Network in the executive search and staffing profession, “RecruiterEco.com” formerly “RecruiterEarth.com”. As Publisher and Founder of RecruiterEco – Online Magazine and Social Network, he’s pleased to see the content and direction stay relevant, consistent and honest. It’s for this reason, its grown to over 50,000 members since February 2011.
Mary Mallett, CPC | Vice President, Marketing
Mary has been in the executive search and staffing profession for over twenty years and has been a successful recruiting owner and producer in the banking and finance space. She has been a key board member of the North Carolina Association of Staffing Professionals for over twenty years and has been the driving force behind its conferences, newsletters, e-zines and events. As VP of Marketing, Mary focuses on building long term strategic alliances with our vendor partners, sponsors and leads the events team.
Alex McCormack | Director of Photography/Cinematography
Alex has been involved in professional camera and sound work in events and film for five years. He is versed in all aspects of the film making process, as cinematographer, editor, digital colorist, music composer and sound designer, with a specific focus on the implementation of recent Cmos-based digital camera technology (Red and video Dslrs). He is also an advanced event and food photographer, whose photos resulted in the selection of a five star restaurant for coverage on the Food Network.
Jackie Costello | Spokesperson
A few years ago Jackie called the Alliance Theatre in Atlanta, GA to take some acting classes. It had been a while since she had been in a theatre or any kind of creative environment and she desperately craved an artistic challenge. One class led to several which led to auditions which led to acting consuming all her time. She’s been blessed with roles such as Nurse Kelly in “Harvey”, Helen Hobart in “Once in a Lifetime”, and Catherine in “Proof.” She starred in a 7 month run of the Ansley Park Playhouse’s production of “A Sunday Afternoon at Loehmanns.” She also had the great opportunity to work with production companies like Peachtree and 5th to do a film called “The Promotion.” When she is not on stage or on set, she works as a recruiter for a local Atlanta university recruiting a variety of skills sets ranging from researchers, to engineers, to healthcare professionals.
